Personal data submitted through our contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the active engagement plus 12 months for statutory and warranty obligations. After the retention period, data is securely deleted from all systems.

Pixelvorax does not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers. 1.7 Data Security

All personal data is stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud systems. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.

2.1 Scope of Services

Pixelvorax Design Studio provides UI/UX design services including interface palette composition, typography system design, layout hierarchy architecture, component design systems, UX auditing, motion design, responsive prototyping, accessibility compliance, and brand identity development. All services are delivered as specified in individually executed Statements of Work (SOW).

2.2 Engagement & Payment Terms

All engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines project scope, deliverables, timelines, and investment. Invoices are issued upon milestone completion as defined in the SOW. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge of 8% per annum under Swedish commercial law.

2.3 Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, Pixelvorax assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific design deliverables — including Figma files, design tokens, component libraries, brand assets, and associated documentation — directly and irrevocably to the Client.

2.4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of 24 months. Excluded from confidentiality obligations is information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

Pixelvorax's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the applicable SOW. In no event shall Pixelvorax be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

2.6 Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 calendar days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. All completed deliverables and work-in-progress shall be delivered to the Client within 5 business days of termination notice.

3.1 What Are Cookies

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Pixelvorax Design Studio offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) If work has not commenced on the project, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days. (b) If work has commenced but the Client terminates the engagement within the first 7 calendar days, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on work completed versus total project scope. (c) If Pixelvorax fails to deliver the agreed deliverables as specified in the SOW within the defined timeline, the Client is entitled to a partial or full refund at Pixelvorax's discretion.

4.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Work completed and approved by the Client under milestone sign-off
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g., stock licenses, font purchases)
• Consultation fees for completed discovery and audit sessions
• Retainer fees for months in which services were actively rendered

4.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer arbitration board or courts of competent jurisdiction in Sweden. This agreement is governed by Swedish commercial law.
